Our Shipping Policy Your purchase will be shipped to you via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) by registered mail usually within 24 hours after your payment has been secured and shipping address verified. However, please allow up to ten business days for final delivery. Our Limited 30-Day Return Policy It is our desire at David’ Jewelry Collection that all of our valued customers be 100% satisfied. However, if you are not, we offer a limited 30-day return policy on all purchases. To return an item for refund, simply follow the instructions listed below: - Email us at dfranklin6807@earthlink.net for a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and write this number on the outside of the box that you are returning. You will be given the appropriate return shipping address at that time. You may also call us at (727) 421-2832 to acquire an RAN as well.
- Pack your item and all original contents securely inside of the box it arrived in. Do not forget to include a copy of the original invoice, as well as the original appraisal and diamond certificate (if applicable).
- If your purchase price was less than $500.00 you may use any carrier. If your purchase price was $500.00 or greater, you must ship via the US Postal Service Registered Mail™ only. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.00). Insure your item equal to the invoice purchase price and request a return receipt for your protection.
Please do not write David’s Jewelry Collection or any other jewelry related terms anywhere on the package as a security precaution. Conditions of Return - The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the date you received it.
- Each item must be returned in the same exact condition as it was sent. In otherwords, it must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged in any way. Any alteration or service performed by you or another party will void your refund.
- Returns without the original gemological laboratory certificate (where applicable) will be charged a $150.00 replacement fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Returns without an RAN and/or without proper insurance coverage will be refused by us and shipped back to you.
- David’s Jewelry Collection will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. In such an event, you must contact your carrier to file a claim.
Refund Processing Time After inspection and verification of the condition of the returned item, you will receive notification within 5 business days in regards to your refund. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping-and-handling and applicable deductions) in the same manner payment was made within 10 business days. Please allow at least 30 days for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
